To accommodate the varying needs of our customers, we offer a variety of options: from on-site programs at our customers’ locations, to private classes in our training facility in Tampa, to workshops that include personnel from a variety of carriers.
Our education & training offerings fall into three general categories:
- Features and Functionality – Introductory classes that shorten the path to ROI by teaching everyday system users the in’s and out’s of Pegasus’ products.
- Technical Training – A set of courses specifically designed to help system administrators configure, customize and integrate our solutions in their current IT environments.
- Concepts and Best Practices – Advanced sessions that explore proven, pragmatic solutions for further optimizing their business processes.
